Can I use Trackroom for my kind of work?
Yes. Set up your own stages for a repair, custom order, service or project. The examples above show possibilities, not fixed workflows.
Does my customer need an account?
No. Send them a private link. They can open the progress page in a phone or desktop browser without signing in.
How can I control access to a customer page?
Each page uses a private link. You can require a PIN, turn off access or replace the link at any time.
Can I change the stages for one job?
Yes. Edit that tracking's stages without changing its workflow template or other trackings created from it.
Can my team update a tracking?
Workspace members can move stages and post updates. Free includes one member; Pro supports up to five.
What happens when I reach 10 Free trackings?
The limit applies to new trackings created each month. Existing customer pages stay available, and you can create more next month. Pro has no monthly creation limit.
