Privacy Policy

Trackroom stores the information needed to run business workspaces and customer progress pages.

Information we handle

Account data includes name, email, password credentials or connected sign-in details, sessions, IP address and browser information. A business may add its name, logo, team email addresses, customer name or phone number, workflow stages, notes, dates, custom fields, and uploaded files. Support email contains whatever you choose to send us.

How it is used

We use this data to authenticate users, provide the service, display information selected for customer pages, prevent abuse, maintain security, send account or team emails when configured, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising profiles.

Who can see a tracking

Workspace members with permission can manage their business's records. A person with an active customer link can see the customer-visible progress and files on that page, subject to an optional PIN. Business owners control the link and the data they enter. Avoid adding information that does not belong on a shared page.

Service providers and locations

Cloudflare hosts the application, database, private file storage, and automated email delivery. Zoho Mail receives support email. Dodo Payments processes Pro card payments; Kasera Pay processes Indonesian QRIS and Virtual Account payments. These services may process data outside your country. We do not store payment card details in Trackroom.

Retention and your choices

Tracking history and files remain until the workspace owner deletes the tracking. Completing or archiving it does not delete it. Owners can export or delete a tracking, and disable or rotate its customer link. Deleted records stop appearing immediately; private file cleanup may continue afterward. Account and security records are kept as needed to operate and protect the service. Ask support@trackroom.app about access or deletion requests.

Cookies

Trackroom uses essential cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in and, when enabled, customer PIN access. On public pages, a small browser storage entry marks the first visit of the day so we can count visits. We count page visits by country, page and referring website only, without storing IP addresses or building visitor profiles. We do not use advertising cookies.
