Device services
Let customers check their phone repair without chasing the counter.
Show screen, battery or charging-port jobs from intake through parts, fitting and device checks.

- 2Diagnosis confirmed
- 3Part fitted
- 4Device checked and ready
Where customers lose visibility
A customer's main device is out of their hands.
People often need their phone back for work, banking or travel. A vague pickup estimate does not explain whether a screen is in stock or a repair is still being tested.
Counter staff may spend the day answering individual status messages even when the technician has already recorded the same finding internally.
What a progress page changes
Put the latest answer in one place.
A private page can show whether a phone is being diagnosed, repaired or checked. Add a brief note when a part arrives or a fault is confirmed.
The customer can open the link on another device without installing an app. Your shop controls when the job is marked ready and when the link is disabled.
A workflow you could start with
These are examples. You can rename, add, remove or reorder stages for each tracking without changing other jobs.
For battery service, keep the stages short. For liquid damage, add inspection and observation instead of promising an immediate repair.
A useful customer update
The replacement display is fitted. Touch and charging checks are complete; we are finishing the camera and speaker checks before pickup.
Protect the customer's privacy.
Describe repair progress without posting passcodes, personal messages, photos from the device or full identifiers. If a device needs a customer decision, contact them directly; the Trackroom page does not collect approvals.
Questions from this kind of work
Does the customer need the repaired phone to see the page?
No. The private link opens in any browser, so they can check it from another phone or a computer.
Can I hide the page after collection?
Yes. You can disable customer access to an individual tracking when it should no longer be available.
